It’s 2087 and Lost Wells guards Earth’s most precious resource—water—under guru Ethan (the iconic Bruce Dern in full kook mode) and schoolteacher Angie (Weekend at Bernie’s Catherine Mary Stewart). When Manson-inspired cultist Derek Abernathy (rock legend Adam Ant) discovers the water and threatens to seize it, the outmatched villagers hire mercenary George Landon (Streets of Fire’s Michael Pare, frequently shirtless) to mount a last-ditch defense.
