Martial Law (1990) is peak VHS action insanity. It has flying kicks, cheesy one-liners, bad saxophone, and the absolute badassery of Cynthia Rothrock. It is the kind of movie you rented because the box art looked cool and ended up watching ten more times with your friends. Loud, ridiculous, and endlessly entertaining. Solidifying why it belongs in the Rewind Underground.
